Sarah provides grounded support and a structured process to help you navigate life’s turning points with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Ways to work with Sarah

  • For individuals

Sarah works with individuals to help them make informed and intentional decisions, set strategic goals, and design a sustainable life structure that supports their well-being, ambition, and authenticity.

She offers single sessions until you know this is the right work for you and a 3-month program when you’re ready to dig in.

  • For organizations

Organizations contract with Sarah to work with individual employees in three ways: 1) to prepare them for a promotion, 2) to help them become more collaborative and productive members of a team or 3) to help them respond to a professional or personal life crisis that requires swift, strategic decision making.

Sarah also offers organizations small group workshops to teach employees: 1) how to confidently navigate life transitions without losing momentum in their careers and 2) how to restructure their lives to protect against burnout.
