What is Change Strategy?

Change Strategy is a three-stage approach that helps you untangle what’s happening now, clarify your next move, and confidently plot a path through a life changing situation.

But it’s more than just managing what’s happening now—you’re navigating a complex landscape. You’re adapting to new roles, reshaping your identity, weathering emotional ups and downs, rebuilding routines, renegotiating relationships, and integrating it all into a life structure and personal narrative that reflects the whole you.

The Change Strategy Process

This unique process evolved over a decade of working closely with accomplished women—lawyers, doctors, designers, engineers, tech leaders, and professionals across many fields—who found themselves at major crossroads.

It might be a layoff or a promotion that costs too much. Being passed over after years of loyalty. A divorce. A serious illness. A new relationship later in life. A windfall that opened up new possibilities.

What makes my approach unique?

I bring a rare blend of expertise to our work together from my decades of experience as both a healthcare attorney and a critical care nurse. I’m not offering advice from the sidelines. I’ve led in high-stakes, high-responsibility environments where clarity, compassion, and sound judgment matter.

Additionally, as a Certified Change Strategist with the Life Balance Institute, I offer more than just reflection. For example, included in my three stage process are several novel strategies:
