This unique process evolved over a decade of my work with accomplished women—lawyers, doctors, designers, engineers, tech leaders, and professionals across many fields—who found themselves at major crossroads.

What makes my approach unique?
I bring a rare blend of expertise to our work together from my decades of experience as both a healthcare attorney and a critical care nurse. I’m not offering advice from the sidelines. I’ve led in high-stakes, high-responsibility environments where clarity, compassion, and sound judgment matter.
