When change comes for you, what's your next step?

Whether it’s a change at work or in your personal life…

how do you figure out what’s next when you’re exhausted, juggling multiple responsibilities and don’t know what you want for yourself?

SITUATION

You’re maxed out, but you know things need to change.

  • You crave something different, or the situation demands it, but stepping into the unknown feels daunting when you don’t know where to begin.

  • Plus, you don’t want to risk harming important relationships and aspects of your life that you’ve nurtured over many years.

PROCESS

It’s possible to have both support and a smart process for figuring out what’s next.

  • Clarity about what matters to you now

  • A comprehensive process to ensure you consider all your options

  • A clear decision about what’s next

  • A strategic plan to make it happen

OUTCOME

Imagine waking up…

  • Rested, energized, and looking forward to the day

  • Deeply connected to your body, your values, and the people in your life

  • Eager to engage with the challenges you’ve chosen

Difficult life changes can lead to an even better life if you have the right process and support.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a former attorney and nursing leader with decades of experience helping accomplished women make major life changes using a process tailored to who they are and what matters now.

I bring decades of experience in high-stakes roles: critical care nurse, director of multiple intensive care units, healthcare attorney, mediator and certified Life Balance coach. In each, I’ve helped people face defining moments and make decisions that changed their lives.

And I’ve lived through my own transitions. I’ve spent years burned out and shifted careers in midlife. I’ve weathered high-stakes disputes at work, earned promotions, and felt the sting of being passed over. I’ve juggled competing demands of family and work, fought for scarce resources for my teams, and held responsibilities that literally saved lives. Then I entered retirement and learned how to make this next chapter deeply engaging and healthy.

This isn’t just professional history—it’s what I bring to every session. I listen closely, know the right questions to ask, and help you get to the heart of what matters.

I’ve walked this path myself. Now I walk it with others.
