You need or want to make a big change in your life.

And you’ve done many of them well in the past. But this time, you need to be sure to get it right.

And you don’t need a quick fix—or advice from someone who thinks they know better.

What you need is a proven process for making decisions that are truly your own—one that respects your intelligence, your complexity, and your desire to build a life that actually fits.

I’m Sarah Armstrong—a former attorney and nurse with decades of experience helping accomplished women navigate major life changes with clarity and confidence, using a process tailored to who they are and what matters now.

What if there were a way through this change that checked all the boxes?

A clear decision about what’s next

Better health

More time for family, friends, and what you love

Now imagine waking up:

–Rested, energized, and looking forward to the day

–Deeply connected to your body, your values, and the people in your life

–Eager to engage with the challenges you’ve chosen

Here’s what I know. You can move through a difficult life change—and come out stronger—if you have the right process and support.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I work with accomplished women at a turning point—ready to make the next chapter feel like it truly belongs to them. I work with them directly or as a resource hired by their organization.

I bring decades of experience in high-stakes roles: critical care nurse, healthcare attorney, mediator and certified Life Balance coach. In each, I’ve helped people face defining moments and make decisions that changed their lives.

And I’ve lived my own. I’ve sparred with attorneys, fought for limited hospital resources, climbed institutional ladders, defused toxic dynamics, and made calls that saved lives—or brought peace when it was time to let go.

This isn’t just professional history—it’s what I bring to every session. I listen closely, know the right questions to ask, and help you get to the heart of what matters.

I’ve walked this path myself. Now I walk it with others.
