What is Change Strategy?
A three stage process to gain clarity, surface your next direction and make the decisions that will move you through a major life transition.
Alignment of your personal values and external actions
Pivotal insights that lead to “aha” moments
.
Thoughtful decisions and a plan to realize new goals
The Change Strategy process can be helpful when:
You’re considering a major life shift—like a career transition, relocation, starting a new chapter in midlife, or preparing for retirement—and want to make choices that reflect your current values and future vision.
You feel stuck or frustrated in your work or relationships, and sense it’s time for a thoughtful, grounded change—but you’re unsure what direction to take.
Life has shifted unexpectedly—through job loss, illness, divorce, or the death of someone close—and you're left needing to reorient, rebuild, and move forward with clarity and strength.
The Change Strategy process produces significant and long-lasting results.
